Obedience is Your Remedy

Sis, God has already told you to let him go, but yet you’re still holding on. You’re searching for man-made signs and acceptance as proof that you’re not out of the will of God, but you are and your spirit reminds you daily. Where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. Where’s your peace, sister? The disturbance you encounter cannot be prayed or fasted away-

OBEDIENCE IS YOUR REMEDY.

Remember, DELAYED obedience is equivalent to flat out disobedience. God sees what you can’t see sis; He can see the heart and intentions of the very one you’ve decided to keep despite the red flags and warnings.

God wants you to do things His way- submit and you will NOT be disappointed. When will you learn from those around you that have repeatedly said, “I wish I would’ve waited; I wish I would’ve heeded to God’s words; I wish I would’ve allowed God to choose for me.” When, sis? Do you want their same testimony of regret, unnecessary heartbreak and disappointment?

You may feel as if God is punishing you with each “No”, Not yet”, “Let go”, “Don’t”, “He’s not the one”. But on the contrary – He is PRESERVING you sis. You are indeed that special that God won’t allow you to be with just anyone. I remember the wise words of my spiritual Dad, “You marry a destiny, not a person.”

Will you allow yourself to be Overlooked To Be Handpicked by the ORDAINED AND APPOINTED ONE? You are not alone sis. Your sisters are waiting too. Let go. Let God.

Order your merch with purpose today. Rep and wear what you’re walking out in faith.

It’s Time to Make a Decision

Decideth72VWS9YY

“You will decide on a matter, and it will be established for you, and light will shine on your ways.” ~ Job 22:28

Family, sometimes all it takes is one decision! One unique moment in time where faith and action meets opportunity. One moment in time where you make up in your mind that “xyz” will occur or no longer occur. One moment in time where the doubt ceases and you CHOOSE to believe God. One moment in time where you are tired of losing or feeling discontent. Just one decision.
It’s in our wavering, teeter tottering, lukewarmness, and lack of faith that causes us to be tossed like a pendulum, repeating trials and tests that were only meant to last for a moment, not a lifetime.
Once you repeat a thing/season/trial/test, it then produces a lifestyle of non-stop recycling and rehearsing. Rehearsing for an event that may never occur due to our lack of decision-making. Rehearsing for the grand finale, without DECIDING to go through the process. Family, it’s time to DECIDE and put away our dress rehearsal.
What are you being called to decide on? Now go in peace.

Judas- Part 1

judas1_n

The enemy comes only to steal, kill and destroy. As someone who houses the Holy Spirit, you are marked as “Enemy #1” and unfortunately, we don’t have the luxury to walk this walk without being watchful, sober, and alert.

God will always send you a warning for Satan’s so-called “sneak attacks”, but we have to be diligent in responding accordingly. We cannot be moved by the smiles on their face (Matthew 7:15Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.), their sweet words of exhortation (Psalm 55:21His talk is smooth as butter, yet war is in his heart; his words are more soothing than oil, yet they are drawn swords.), and their willingness to be “present” in your time of need (Titus 1:16They profess to know God, but by their deeds they deny Him, being detestable and disobedient and worthless for any good deed.).

In summation, we must continue to move in love, yet be wise. God is in control, so don’t despise your “Judas” for it will ALL work for your good. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Now go in peace.

Are You a Recipient for a Miracle?

Definition of miracle:

  1. Supernatural deed
  2. A surprising and welcome event that is not explicable by natural or scientific laws and is therefore considered to be the work of a divine agency.
  3. A highly improbable or extraordinary event, development, or accomplishment that brings very welcome consequences.
Great morning children of God! I pray that you are held within the grasp of God’s staying power on this ordained day. God has downloaded fresh manna for you. Let’s jump into today’s devotional as I pray it will speak to your inner man providing you the faith and endurance to believe God for one more day. Are you a recipient for a miracle?
In order to be a recipient of a MIRACLE, things must look bleak, worsening in condition or state, out of control, or even lifeless. How does your current situation look? Does it resemble something that is out of the help or reach of man? Does it resemble the face of defeat? Death? Extreme hopelessness? Extreme shame? Extreme disorder? Well family, if you answered yes to any of the aforementioned questions, I want you to take delight in knowing that you have been SET UP as a recipient for a miracle. Let’s stop and shout right there. Hallelujah!
I don’t care how the circumstances appear. I don’t care what news that phone call just delivered. I don’t care how LONG you’ve been in this state of suffering, turmoil, lack/poverty, dead-end job, receiving bad news after bad news, trying to conceive, trying to save your marriage, trying to save your child(ren) from a life of destruction, trying to recover ALL from that failing business, trying to steal from Peter to pay Paul… God does not care. Because of this–> YOU my dear have been qualified to receive a miracle in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Do you believe that?
Last night, through my Periscope series of “Truth be Told in High Dosage”- 30 day devotional journey, the Lord prompted me to revisit many of the MIRACLES Jesus Christ performed while being in the earth. He reminded us of Lazarus being raised from the dead (even while his flesh was decaying and stinking, He reminded us of how the virgin Mary gave birth to our very own Messiah, He reminded us of how He turned water into wine, He reminded us of how He instructed Simon to cast his net into the deep waters and there were so many fish (come on now, who am I speaking to right now) that his net broke; He reminded us of how He healed the centurion’s servant while not even being in His presence- He simply spoke the word and then he was healed! Hallelujah!
What miracle are you a recipient of?  What miracle are you waiting for? What’s stressing  you? What’s causing you to fear or dread? What’s tempting you to give up? That’s your MIRACLE right there.  The Lord is STILL actively roaming this world- watching over HIS word to perform it in your life. Family, I implore you to sit at the very feet of Jesus, cry out to Him, wear Him out with your fervent supplications. He WILL perform His word in your life in the name of Jesus! Miracles require faith. Believe with all your heart that God will do it. Now go in  peace.
Psalm 77:14You are the God who performs miracles; you display your power among the peoples.

Battleground

Battleground-600x363

There are many battles that occur on a day- to- day basis. Some are visible while others are invisible. Some you face on your job with an intimidated co-worker or boss. Some you face amongst friends who may have turned on you. Some you face with your fellow church member(s) battling on who’s more anointed. Some you face on social media with undermining posts and/or videos. Some you even face within self- your flesh battling your spirit. Some you face in your mind- torturous, demonic thoughts. Some you even face with the person you’ve made a marital covenant with. But at the end of the day, you must remind yourself of this:

  1. There are MORE for you than against you.
  2. No weapon formed against you shall prosper and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn.
  3. If GOD be for you than who can be against you?!
  4. We don’t battle flesh and blood- this is spiritual wickedness at work.
  5. Put on the FULL armour of God.
  6. The battle is NOT yours.

Stand strong. Watch your response. Be not moved. Show love. Stand on the RIGHT side of RIGHTeousness. It’s a fixed fight- you’ve already won. Now go in peace.

Access to The King

king_of_kings_by

Good morning Family!

Quick question…

Have we really absorbed the fact that we have ACCESS to THE KING of the nations, world, or universe? I mean really. We break our necks and bank accounts to meet the President of the USA, Beyoncé, or the most relevant person of today’s culture; yet, the KING of Kings, the Great I AM, the Son of God dwells with us and in us- Wow.

All it takes, to invite the Holy Spirit and presence of God, is to call unto Him with a repentant and sincere heart. God is a gentleman, He pursues but does not push His way.  He calls, but does not make you answer- this is where free will and the state of your heart comes into play.

It’s time to relish in God’s holy presence. It’s time to become intimate with Him like never before. It’s time to reverence, adore, and enjoy the spirit of the LIVING God, in the name of Jesus Christ. He’s knocking…will we allow Him in? Now go in peace.

Selah.

I Do: Marital Suicide

i-do

What is marital suicide? When you inflict harm, pain, betrayal, lies, and hardships upon your spouse that ends in a fruitless covenant. Plainly said, you’re hurting yourself. Yes, it’s a different (physical) body, but the same flesh (I know, sounds opposing right?). When you commit adultery, you’re cheating on yourself. When you lead with abuse, manipulation or intimidation, you’re doing it unto yourself. Men you are cutting off the favor that has been granted to you because of your wife (Proverbs 18:22)- ‘your good thing’. Ladies, you are cutting off your covering and headship- ‘Priest’.

Brothers, when you said, “ I do”, you said yes to:

1) Sacrifice 2) Loving your wife as Christ loved the church, 3) Protecting her virtue/holiness (Ephesians 5:25).

Sisters, when you said, “I do”, you said yes to:

1) Submission (subject to your husband) 2) Respect 3) Trusting that your husband will lead you appropriately (Ephesians 5:22-23)
