Great morning children of God! I pray that you are held within the grasp of God’s staying power on this ordained day. God has downloaded fresh manna for you. Let’s jump into today’s devotional as I pray it will speak to your inner man providing you the faith and endurance to believe God for one more day. Are you a recipient for a miracle?
In order to be a recipient of a MIRACLE, things must look bleak, worsening in condition or state, out of control, or even lifeless. How does your current situation look? Does it resemble something that is out of the help or reach of man? Does it resemble the face of defeat? Death? Extreme hopelessness? Extreme shame? Extreme disorder? Well family, if you answered yes to any of the aforementioned questions, I want you to take delight in knowing that you have been SET UP as a recipient for a miracle. Let’s stop and shout right there. Hallelujah!
I don’t care how the circumstances appear. I don’t care what news that phone call just delivered. I don’t care how LONG you’ve been in this state of suffering, turmoil, lack/poverty, dead-end job, receiving bad news after bad news, trying to conceive, trying to save your marriage, trying to save your child(ren) from a life of destruction, trying to recover ALL from that failing business, trying to steal from Peter to pay Paul… God does not care. Because of this–> YOU my dear have been qualified to receive a miracle in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Do you believe that?
Last night, through my Periscope series of “Truth be Told in High Dosage”- 30 day devotional journey, the Lord prompted me to revisit many of the MIRACLES Jesus Christ performed while being in the earth. He reminded us of Lazarus being raised from the dead (even while his flesh was decaying and stinking, He reminded us of how the virgin Mary gave birth to our very own Messiah, He reminded us of how He turned water into wine, He reminded us of how He instructed Simon to cast his net into the deep waters and there were so many fish (come on now, who am I speaking to right now) that his net broke; He reminded us of how He healed the centurion’s servant while not even being in His presence- He simply spoke the word and then he was healed! Hallelujah!
What miracle are you a recipient of? What miracle are you waiting for? What’s stressing you? What’s causing you to fear or dread? What’s tempting you to give up? That’s your MIRACLE right there. The Lord is STILL actively roaming this world- watching over HIS word to perform it in your life. Family, I implore you to sit at the very feet of Jesus, cry out to Him, wear Him out with your fervent supplications. He WILL perform His word in your life in the name of Jesus! Miracles require faith. Believe with all your heart that God will do it. Now go in peace.
Psalm 77:14– You are the God who performs miracles; you display your power among the peoples.
